The first was a major civil and concerete works package, comprising detailed earthworks and 53,000 cubic metres of structural concrete components for the dry plant, including two primary, two secondary and two tertiary crushing areas, two air classification and two primary grinding areas, course ore stockpile, dry magnetic separation building, dry rejects, conveyors and all related earthing.
This was followed with the award of a fabrication/modularisation package for the supply and modular assembly of 4,700 tonnes of conveyor, trusses, trestles and modules; and later, contracts for onsite structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and installation (SMPEI) construction of the dry plant. This included the installation of 40,000 tonnes of modules.
Following the successful delivery of these contracts, in 2024 we were awarded a contract for process plant punchlist items on the project, providing multidisciplined labour for modifications and shutdowns.
